DI TRIA SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA A R.L. with registered office in C.da Sferracavallo 76013 Minervino Murge (BT) – is the data controller of the personal data collected, according to operational protocols in harmony with the regulatory provisions in force pursuant to EU Reg. 2016/679.
Type of data managed
The personal data collected can essentially be attributed to the following categories:
- personal data provided spontaneously by the User/Customer/Visitor (personal data, email account etc.) when completing the online form(s) on the ditria.eu website and/or on company Facebook pages and/or on any other shared platform referable to the Company
- DI TRIA SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA A R.L.;
- technical navigation data;
- technical profiling data.
Management methods and purposes
The aforementioned data will be managed exclusively by the data controller for purposes related to and connected to the services, products and information requested, both in terms of direct marketing and profiling activities. The information collected, together with any processing and modification data, will NOT be shared and/or transferred to third parties in any way (for marketing purposes), without prejudice to the need for access/management by technical operators aimed at the sole purpose maintenance of the servers on which the data will be allocated and stored.
Transfer of data abroad
The data provided will always be managed exclusively within the Italian national territorial areas. If there is a need to share the same data with Industrial/Commercial Partners of DI TRIA SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA A R.L., aimed at guaranteeing you further services (informative, commercial, promotional etc.), you will be asked for explicit written consent, with nominal indication of the foreign contact persons to whom the data will be communicated.
Duration of treatment
The duration of the processing will be configured in relation to the type of services requested (Art 5 EU Reg. 2016/679) and will continue for the following 12 months, without prejudice to the cancellation rights that can always be activated by the interested party.

Rights of access, modification, cancellation
As per articles. 12 et seq. Reg. EU 2016/679, the interested party has the full right to:
a. access, in terms of both news of the processing in progress and full viewing and request
of copying;
b. modification, in terms of rectification and/or integration;
c. cancellation.
The interested party may also request at any time the limitation of the managed data corpus and/or the portability of the same to third parties, in a structured and directly accessible format for any further information usage.
Ditto for the rights of opposition to the use of data for sending advertising material and/or profiling relating to access and user browsing data.
